The short trip to the top is rewarded with panoramic views of Tofino and the Clayoquot Sound found no where else in this national park.

A Radar Station was located on this hill during the cold war.

Look for the Kap'yong Memorial that commemorates the involvement of the 2nd Battalion during the Korean War.
