Many Surf competitions are held here, like the popular Annual Rip Curl Pro which takes place in Summer.
This Tofino Beach with windswept tree line stretches almost 2km and borders to the Pacific Rim National Park.
To access Tofino Cox Bay:
Park on the parking lot OUTSIDE the property gates of Cox Bay Beach Resort and walk down the trail.
There are Showers and Washrooms available at this parking lot.
You can also turn off Hwy 4 on Maltby Road, park in gravel parking lot and Walk down trail.(5 min walk)
